Position Title: CDL Class B
Wage: $21/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, 7am-12pm on Saturdays Drive with purpose-deliver fertilizer, fuel farming, and earn big! Put your CDL to work delivering essential fertilizer to local farms. CDL Class B Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Deliver fertilizer to farmers - Daily contact with customers and the general public CDL Class B Requirements: - Must have at least a Class-B CDL; A Class-B with tanker endorsement is a plus - Attentive to detail, reliable, conscientious, a self-starter - Ability to do heavy lifting (50 pounds) - A pleasant, helpful, and customer-focused personality - Acceptable MVR The job involves longer hours during the week and part-days on Saturdays. Any time worked beyond 40 hours per week qualifies for overtime, paid at time and a half. Seasonal employees are also eligible for additional incentives, such as a $1/hour bonus for satisfactory performance and staying through the end of the season. Starting hourly wage and additional incentives will be discussed during the interview and are negotiable based on experience.
