About the role: Join our innovative Digital Banking team as a Business Specialist where you'll play a pivotal role in driving our mission to deliver exceptional digital solutions to our clients. Working collaboratively with Product Marketing, this role focuses on ensuring seamless alignment between business strategies and market initiatives. The Business Specialist will leverage their expertise to support product success and optimize internal and external communications.

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct competitive assessments to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to inform product strategies.
  • Track product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine value propositions derived from Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Design and launch client and user group surveys to gather customer insights and measure satisfaction, leveraging findings to enhance product offerings.
  • Maintain and update sales content, aligning messaging with evolving product features and client needs.
  • Create and manage internal and external promotional materials to drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Oversee the internal communication calendar and manage messaging across various channels to ensure clear, consistent, and actionable communication.

What You bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Typically requires at least 7 years' experience in corporate communications or storytelling, preferably in the banking and/or financial technology industry
  • Demonstrated experience in competitive analysis, roadmap tracking, and value proposition development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable strategies that drive results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
  • High attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working in digital banking, financial technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with survey tools, collaboration platforms, and design software is a plus.
