About the role: A successful Card Fraud Onboarding Manager coordinates the activities of a group of Onboarding resources to onboard, maintain and support the Card Suite and SecurLOCK products. The manager is responsible for results, including costs, professional services, recurring revenue, delivery methods, AI/automation enhancements, and staffing. Provides guidance to team members within latitude of established company policies. Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect group. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Follows processes and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as advisor to team members in meeting schedules and/or resolving problems. Develops and administers onboarding processes, performance requirements, and has budget responsibilities. This is a full-time role and will be a hybrid onsite attendance in an FIS office location. About the team: Card fraud is an ever-present threat in today's world. The selected candidate will be leading our Card Fraud team implementing best in class fraud solutions SecurLOCK and Card Suite.
