About the role:

A successful Card Fraud Onboarding Manager coordinates the activities of a group of Onboarding resources to onboard, maintain and support the Card Suite and SecurLOCK products. The manager is responsible for results, including costs, professional services, recurring revenue, delivery methods, AI/automation enhancements, and staffing. Provides guidance to team members within latitude of established company policies. Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect group. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Follows processes and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as advisor to team members in meeting schedules and/or resolving problems. Develops and administers onboarding processes, performance requirements, and has budget responsibilities. This is a full-time role and will be a hybrid onsite attendance in an FIS office location.

About the team: Card fraud is an ever-present threat in today's world. The selected candidate will be leading our Card Fraud team implementing best in class fraud solutions SecurLOCK and Card Suite.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Works with other members of Onboarding leadership team to establish division business strategies that align with corporate goals and objectives; effectively communicates strategies translating them into actionable items.
  • Demonstrates leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved.
  • Performs resource planning and allocation; supports direct reports in meeting conversion timelines and requirements.
  • Manages a staff of multi-functional and technical professionals:
  • Performance management: establishes clear performance goals that align with team, division, and corporate goals; communicates strengths/development needs; mentors and coaches team members; provides challenging assignments and opportunities for development; recognizes, rewards, and communicates individual accomplishments and contributions.
  • Uses knowledge of FIS's conversion management principles and methodologies to identify, develop, and implement new processes, improve existing processes, and/or eliminate ineffective processes; holds teams accountable for compliance.
  • Uses financial and qualitative information and tools to effectively establish and manage budget and revenue goals.
  • Understands technical and functional concepts of FIS products including the interrelationships between products and technologies that support products.
  • Interacts directly with clients at a senior/executive management level, managing problem escalation and providing sales support. Responsibilities

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
