We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Environmental Engineer to join our Environment & Facility Services team in Hartford, CT. This role offers the opportunity to support a diverse group of engineers and scientists on impactful environmental projects across southern New England. Key Responsibilities Support environmental assessment and remediation projects, including: Groundwater monitoring Soil sampling Construction oversight Report preparation (Phase I, II & III Environmental Site Assessments) Assist in the development and implementation of environmental compliance programs, such as: Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) Air, waste, and wastewater permitting Tier II chemical inventory reporting Conduct data analysis and prepare technical documentation Participate in field work and site investigations as needed Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field (required) 0-5 years of relevant professional experience Previous internship or co-op experience in a related field (preferred) OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with GIS and/or AutoCAD (preferred) Ability to travel throughout New England 75% of the work week Why You'll Love Working with Us Schedule Flexibility: Customize your work schedule to fit your life.
