Pay Rate: $15.50/hour

Schedule (1st Shift): Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional Fridays possible)

Shift flexibility required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble high-precision aerospace parts using production equipment and hand tools
• Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Conduct quality checks and inspections on completed parts
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist team members as needed
• Work hands-on throughout the shift to meet daily production goals

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of production or assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work with your hands and focus on small, detailed components
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Good attendance record and a flexible attitude toward scheduling needs
• Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions
