Customer Service Business Group (CSBG) Spares.

The Impact You'll Make

As a Customer Service Business Group (CSBG) Spares Product Manager, you will be responsible for one or more Spares commodities including deposition part families contributing to the business unit objectives of increasing market share and profitability.

What You'll Do
  • Lead development & release of new Spare products to address emerging aftermarket business opportunities.

  • Management of released products in the Spares portfolio

  • Partner with Product Groups in support of systems product development and release process where Spares and Systems businesses intersect.

  • Partner closely with supply chain, engineering, operations, marketing, & business development teams.

Who We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or a PhD with 5+ years' experience; or equivalent experience

  • Must have experience with semiconductor wafer fab equipment

  • Ability to hold support groups accountable to executing to business requirements

  • Creative thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills

  • Exceptional clear communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable traveling 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with one or more families of semiconductor equipment

  • Exceptional analytical and experimental design skills

  • Experience with complex problem-solving including clarification of symptoms and ability to highlight the fundamental root cause and necessary corrective actions

  • Experience driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Technical/Engineering, Marketing, Business Development) through market requirements, vision, and positioning

  • Strong bias toward action

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
