*Description*
Client Job Description: -Responsible for processing all types of consumer loan servicing requests, ensuring completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and quality member service -Position will maintain existing member relationships, provide excellent member service and efficient operational activities -Ensure adherence to the agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs) between organization and partner credit unions -Process and support all types of consumer loan maintenance requests within established guidelines, policies, and procedures -Proactively strives to comply with all agreed upon SLAs -Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all partner credit union operational policies and guidelines, products, and services -Respond to all phone and email inquiries from internal credit union partners and external members timely, courteously, and professionally -Research and resolve any consumer loan servicing compliance issue ____________________________________________________________________ -Phone work within pay offs and some additional transitions through the merger (could be general servicing asks) -Paper pushing / administrative work *Additional Skills & Qualifications* MUST HAVE -3 years of customer service experience required -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written -Strong customer service skills with a high attention to detail -Must be able to quickly adjust to shifting priorities and act with urgency -Strong analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracy -Aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team -Ability to problem solve and create out of the box solutions NICE TO HAVE -Knowledge of State and Federal laws pertaining to the consumer lending industry (i.e. ECOA, etc.) preferred *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.32 - $23.32/hr.
