Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role
Functional responsibility within the US Operations Finance organization supporting Main Battle Tank program:
- Support monthly orders, sales, and earnings forecast; quarterly cash deep dive, estimate at completion analysis; and annual operating plan development
- Proactively lead variance analysis, identify risk and opportunities, and make recommendations to minimize risk and optimize program profitability
- Lead program cost management efforts including material requisition approval and tracking, material cost reconciliations, and cost performance reporting
- Develop monthly contract funds status report (CFSR)
- Perform EVMS / Cobra processes
- Assist with completion and submittal of the annual cost and software data reporting
- Support internal and external audits
Qualifications Sought
- Bachelor's degree in Business is required, Accounting or Finance majors preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills, capable to clearly explain and influence complex financial ideas and recommendations
- Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning
- Innovation and results oriented, able to anticipate issues and work independently with ambiguity
- Ability to work collaboratively and focused on building partnerships across the enterprise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion preferred
