Job Summary and Responsibilities

Summary: We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator to support a program focused on optimizing our high-volume frontline hiring funnel through multiple strategic projects. This role will be critical in ensuring smooth execution, keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned, and driving progress on key initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Frontline Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating efforts between the business, HR, branding, and talent acquisition, ensuring deliverables stay on track and meetings are effectively managed..

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Project Coordination: Support the execution of multiple projects aimed at improving frontline hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of contact, ensuring alignment between the business, HR, branding, and talent acquisition teams.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, track deliverables, and proactively address roadblocks to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Meeting & Schedule Management: Organize meetings, coordinate agendas, and facilitate follow-ups to drive accountability.
  • Status Reporting: Provide clear and timely updates on project progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve coordination across teams.


Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support or recruiting coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience engaging cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with project management tools and familiarity with recruiting workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
