Overview

Credit & Field Operations is conducting a canvas for all CSRs interested in joining the Inactive Group. Credit & Field Operations has two openings for a Full-Time CSR in the Inactive Group and is canvassing CSRs that have been in their position for at least twelve months.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities
  • Credit & Field Operations has openings for Full-Time Customer Service Representatives in the Inactive Group and is canvassing incumbent CSRs that have been in their position for at least six months.
  • The hours are 7:00 am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Hybrid work is currently in effect. Employees are required to physically report in office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Employees work virtually from home on Mondays and on Fridays. Please note, hybrid work is subject to change.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
Relevant Work Experience
  • Good communication, organizational and follow up skills. Required
  • Required to use the I3 system to receive/answer incoming customer calls and to make outgoing customer calls. Required
  • Requires internal and external customer and agency contact. Required
  • Knowledge of CIS and Accounting Skills, the ability to adjust accounts appropriately and research websites, such as Accurint, to determine account responsibility. Required
  • Ability to work independently and maintain control of individually assigned work. Required
  • Must be dependable and reliable with an energetic attitude toward consistent or increasing work volumes. Required
  • Ability to learn additional computer systems, such as ACCESS, EXCEL, Gas Central and IGWS (Inactive Gas Work System) as well as having an understanding of CPMS, Pro-Field, CAMP and Workdesk. Required
  • Ability to interact with other departments within the Company, such as Meter Operations, Energy Services and Gas Operations, as well as outside agencies. Required

Physical Demands
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
  • Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday
  • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday
Additional Physical Demands
  • Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
