Talent Acquisition Coordinator

vision by managing our TA administrative needs and providing candidate sourcing support to TA Partners. The ideal candidate loves working in a fast-paced environment, can make independent decisions, and feels comfortable sharing ideas on process improvement. This is a great role for someone who enjoys HR / TA administrative activities but is also looking to grow their career within the TA function.
Responsibilities


  • Assist Talent Acquisition and the greater People Team in the continuous improvement of TA administrative processes.
  • Schedule and support in-person and virtual interviews as well as coordinate candidate travel and expense reimbursement.
  • Prepare and send offer letter packets and manage pre-hire activities such as background checks and data collection.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TA processes, partnering closely with the TA Leader and People Operations Specialist on continuous improvement updates for execution and delivery of TA processes.
  • Support candidate and manager communications
  • Use LinkedIn, ATS, and other resume databases to search for qualified candidates.
  • Track employee referrals and process cash awards in compliance with our established process and policy.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions within the ATS.
  • Help organize and attend recruitment or other HR events such as career fairs.
  • Contact and screen active and passive candidates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Support the development, implementation, and documentation of TA projects and standard work, along with other assigned tasks.
  • Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.



Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred. Will consider additional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years of relevant administration experience in Human Resources or specifically Talent Acquisition.
  • Intermediate experience with Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS), HRIS and/or ATS (Workday preferred).
  • Experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter highly desired.
  • Passion for people and process improvement.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to be a collaborative team player.
  • Outstanding communication skills; comfortable interacting with people at all levels and in all types of roles.
  • Strong prioritization skills; able to handle a large volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should have an interest in the Talent Acquisition function as a career choice.


The pay range for this role in Beaverton, OR is between $60,600 and $80,500. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
