What You've Accomplished

You have completed a Bachelor's degree, or advanced degree in a related field. You have worked in a related role for at least 20 years with experience in developing operational and/or business process improvements in the nuclear or similar field. You have also demonstrated the ability to provide results and implement change in various key management positions and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Vice President of Strategy & Growth in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:



  • Defines, develops, and implements a strategic and operational plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
  • Algins vision with the Business Units, the U.S. region, Framatome Group Strategy, and Legal environment.
  • Drives a "customer-focused" performance culture within the company.
  • Conducts market analysis to identify potential growth areas, emerging trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success of growth initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for expansion, including geographic expansion or new customer segments.
  • Support product & solution development initiatives to create innovative products and services that meet evolving customer needs.
  • Identify and forge strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage complementary strengths and accelerate growth.
  • Evaluates potential mergers and acquisitions to drive growth through market expansion or technology acquisition.


This position requires up to 25% travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.
