Job Type: Internship, Entry-Level About Us: Applied Training Solutions (ATS) specializes in innovative, web-based training and simulation software solutions. Our SaaS platform, ATSsim, enables organizations to effectively plan, conduct, and evaluate realistic disaster management training exercises, helping them build critical readiness and response capabilities. Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. You do not need experience in SaaS sales or disaster management, we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to sell the ATSsim software product successfully. This is an ideal role for someone looking to begin a rewarding career in sales within the technology sector. Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured sales training and product education sessions.
- Prospect and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Schedule and deliver introductory presentations and product demonstrations.
- Learn to communicate ATSsim's features and value proposition effectively.
- Work closely with senior sales representatives to qualify opportunities and close sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide client feedback to help improve our sales strategy and product offering.
- Attend trade shows and networking events as necessary.
- Develop marketing collateral to support the sales process.
Training Provided:
- Comprehensive product training on ATSsim.
- Professional sales training (including selling techniques, CRM management, and client communication skills).
- Mentorship and coaching from experienced sales team members.
- Ongoing support to understand the disaster management market and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and coachable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting with new people and building relationships.
- Basic proficiency with standard business software (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems).
- Knowledge of graphic design and video production tools.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in customer service or any customer-facing role.
- Interest in software technology or emergency management fields.
