Overview
Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for an IS&T OWAM Analyst, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base in Arnold, TN. The IS&T Developer will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for [e.g., operating and maintaining or supporting] the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.
Open to internal and external candidates. The selected candidate for this requisition may be required to occasionally (e.g., application upgrades) work outside normal business hours.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide support in the requirements gathering/documentation, design, testing, and deployment of Government IT OWAM application.
Job Duties:
* Perform analysis of complex business financial transactions to close out open Purchase Orders.
* Develop alternative processes for closing out financial transactions if primary applications are unavailable.
* Support testing of existing Arnold Test Mission Support System (ATMSS) Business Systems such as PeopleSoft Financials, Oracle Work Asset Management (OWAM), ENOVIA, Oracle BI, Oracle Access Manager, JOCAS, barcoding, EDI, Drawing Management, etc.
* Work with requirement stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
* Perform software lifecycle aspects that includes requirements documentation, design documentation, configuration management, testing, implementation plans, etc.
* Support and remediate any critical issues with Business Systems outside of normal assigned shift.
* Provide Tier 2 end user troubleshooting support for Business Systems through the ticket support system.
* Support the use of common work processes and procedures within assigned function across the TOS contract.
* Provide support to AEDC Customer and other contractors.
* Ensure Cybersecurity requirements are consistently documented, maintained, evaluated and compliant for Government IT system networks including components of systems.
* Periodically evaluates process and program effectiveness and takes action to maintain continuous improvement.
* It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
* Perform other duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
* BS degree in Computer Engineering, Science, or Information Systems and a minimum of 10 years of progressive and relevant experience or any equivalent combination of relevant education and progressive and relevant experience.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and the AEDC local area network.
* Current U. S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with the following: Toad for Oracle, Visio, Dimensions, Microsoft Office, Windows 11 & Windows Server OS application environments, etc.
* Familiarity with Database Languages such as SQL, PL/SQL
