We work with people of all ages at home, at work, and in the community through residential programs, employment services, crisis response, day services and more. We are looking to hire a Program Manager to manage the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) crisis program's quality, clinical, staffing and financial outcomes. This person will serve as the clinical supervisor for this regional program, including coordination with contracted psychiatrists and other physicians, state of GA officials and other stakeholders. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Qualifications: Minimum: * Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work or other human service-related field * Minimum of two years' experience providing services for people with ASD * Minimum of two years' supervision experience * Valid driver's license and auto insurance * Certification and ongoing training in crisis intervention curriculum * Valid CPR and First Aid Certification * Must be computer literate * Must be experienced and competent in profession and maintain any applicable license, training and/or certifications. Preferred: * LPC, LCSW, LMFT or BCBA licensure/certification, in good standing * Minimum of two years' experience working with individuals with ASD/IDD who are in crisis. * Experience with budget management. * Working knowledge of DBHDD service system * Three years' experience supervising professional clinical staff Interested candidates can apply online at BenchmarkHS.com/Careers Benchmark Human Services is an EOE/AAP Employer.
