Job Description: * Assist customers with claims on their homeowner's insurance. * Assist clients with releasing funds to be paid for restoration companies to perform repairs on their properties. * Manage loss claims from the point of reporting through completion of the repairs. * Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to respond to questions and requests from clients, staff, borrowers, contractors, adjusters, and agents quickly and accurately. * Document all activities pertaining to claims. * Process must meet all compliance requirements. * Demonstrate the ability to make decisions, problem analysis, and promptness to ensure the client's needs are met on a timely basis. . Skills & Qualifications: * At least 2 years experience in Customer Service, Office Administration, Data entry or Production roles * Ablility to multitask in a fast paced environment * Great verbal and written communication skills * Problem Solving * An active and private internet connection at home Additional Qualifications (not required but great to have) * Basic to intermediate excel skills * Insurance or mortgage experience * Homeowner claims experience Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
