Essential Tasks: This position supports daily shop operations by assisting with a variety of technical and production tasks. Responsibilities include shot-peen operations, abrasive flow machining, laser marking, deburring, preparing and cutting raw materials, moving materials, and assembling shop orders. The role also involves helping maintain equipment, keeping the production area clean, and performing routine maintenance. Qualifications:
