Position Description

We're looking for a full-time, staff Sr. Manager, FSO to join the Day & Zimmermann team.

Responsible for overseeing all FSO personnel for Government Services. Ensuring required security clearances for employees and or contractors. This position is also responsible for establishing and obtaining approval for classified facilities, ensuring the safeguarding of classified information and compliance with the regulations. Oversees all training requirements for employees of Government Services. Will continue to oversee individual business unit as FSO.

As the Sr. Manager, Facilities Security Officer, here's the work you'll do:



  • Responsible for the performance management of all of FSO for Government Services, including managing, developing, and hiring staff.
  • Obtains necessary paperwork from individuals and agencies to process security clearances
  • Ensure all employees are trained on security regulations and procedures.
  • Conducts analysis of security programs to ascertain effectiveness and to improve security risk management policy Ensure all classified workspaces are following proper procedures for access. Follows regulations and establishes procedures for handling classified documents according to established protocols and ensures all required staff are trained.



This role is for you if you have these skills:



  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resources allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Thorough knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and various other related Federal Government requirements associated with all types of classified information maintained
  • Knowledge of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with associates, direct reports, clients, and vendors.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

And if you have these qualifications:

  • FSO (Facilities Security Officer) experience Required
  • Current standing security clearance or ability to obtain one required



In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $118,000 - $ 177,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
