Position Overview
| Primary Purpose of Position |
The Department of Visual and Performing Arts invites applications for Part-Time Instructors for Fall 2026. Part-Time Instructors are hired on a semester-by-semester basis to teach courses in Theatre and Visual Arts.
The successful candidate is expected to teach introductory courses in Theatre. Responsibilities include teaching face-to-face courses such as Acting for Non-Theatre Majors, and other courses as needed, attending training and/or review sessions, and contributing to a collaborative departmental environment. The candidate will be expected to work cooperatively with faculty and staff in the department and university. |

MFA in Theatre Arts or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required. |
