We are seeking a Mailroom Technician in Lisle, IL to join our diverse team and be a part of our exciting future.

Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $23.50/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling all incoming and outgoing mail and packages at the headquarters, including managing postage meters and coordinating with parcel and courier services. Monitoring and ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory logs, and interacting with vendors regarding orders and service calls. The role also includes setting up and breaking down conference rooms for meetings and events, as well as preparing coffee and maintaining kitchen and pantry supplies. Additional related duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications: 1-2 years of prior applicable mailroom experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
