SALARY RANGE:$19.50-$23.00

IlliniFS is headquartered in Urbana, Illinoiswithbranches in five eastern Illinois counties. Illini FS has about 200employeesand approximately 6,000 customers. The cooperative does business in agronomy, energy, tires, and retail. IlliniFS is part of the GROWMARK System, an agricultural cooperative serving more than 100,000 customers across North America and Ontario, Canada.

Location: Hayes, IL

We're looking for a reliable, safety-minded team member to join our agricultural operations team. In this role, you'll apply fertilizers and crop protection products, deliver inputs to customers, inspect fields, collect samples, and help maintain equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and apply crop inputs safely and accurately

  • Scout fields and collect soil/plant samples

  • Operate and maintain application and blending equipment

  • Keep accurate records and follow all safety guidelines

  • Perform basic equipment and facility maintenance

What You Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid CDL or ability to obtain one

  • Ability to obtain pesticide/fertilizer licenses (we'll help)

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Willing to work extended hours and in varying weather

  • Able to lift 50-70 lbs
