Job Title: QA Specialist / Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused QA Specialist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This onsite role is responsible for addressing customer and vendor inquiries regarding product quality, facilitating internal and external audits, and supporting our quality management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, ISO standards, and experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer and vendor calls regarding product quality issues, part replacements, and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality policies.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, records, and reports in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate reports summarizing inspection results, defect trends, and other statistical data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, shipping, and procurement to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and improving the company's quality management system (QMS).


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in quality assurance, customer service, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
