Locations: ORTHO / Jamboree - Telephone Rd & Willow Chase Company: Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry Position Type: Full-Time Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Full-Time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about patient care, education, and operational excellence. This position will support both Telephone Rd and Willow Chase locations and requires flexibility to travel between sites.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate orthodontic treatment plans and patient flow
Educate patients and parents on treatment options, care plans, and financial arrangements
Support orthodontic scheduling, case management, and daily clinic operations
Maintain accurate, organized patient records and documentation
Create a calm, welcoming, and professional environment for families
Work efficiently in a high-volume healthcare setting while staying focused under pressure
Requirements:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) - REQUIRED
X-Ray License - REQUIRED
RDA certification preferred
Orthodontic experience required
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Calm under pressure and able to work in a busy clinical environment
Strong communication and patient education skills
Commitment to superior patient care
Ability to travel between locations

- A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
- Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
- Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
- X-ray certification is preferred, but may obtained through the Company.
Job-related experience:
- Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired for at least three (3) years.

- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.

Working conditions:
- Travel between the assigned offices, if needed
