Role: Salesforce Einstein consultant.

Job Summary: Salesforce Architect will lead multiple design and development activities and projects adhering to the current SDLC process and common agile practices. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our IT team. This position will be fulltime remote position.

Job Level: Manager

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications
• Responsible for the design of the Salesforce solution specifically Sale forces dedicated data model
• Assists in translating business needs into a technical vision that the team of Salesforce developers can complete
• Demonstrate the ability to strategically approach solution design by developing and implementing tactical plans to support the strategy
• Partner with team members and collaborators to build prototypes and proofs of concept in order to elicit and define requirements
• Showcase ideas visually and in writing to help collaborators make confident decisions
• Develop the data strategy for the solution including Data modeling data migration and data sharing
• Assess and make recommendations on processes designs operations and testing
• Ensure the solution remains within the agreed scope
• Provide guidance on user stories ensuring success and acceptance criteria are well defined for each user story
• Design develop test and document scalable high quality business solutions to be built on the Salesforce platform
• Perform analysis coding testing debugging implementation and documentation as well as assists application team members in development activities and reviews tasks as required
• Develop workflows of different complexities by bringing to bear the Salesforce platform. Develop and configure Visualforce Lightning pages, APEX, and Lightning Web components.
• Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other State systems including legacy systems
• Design the patterns and standards for system integrations
• Define CICD pipelines and enable continuous delivery
• Code review custom developed code and make vital technical adjustments and recommendations ensuring proper test class coverage with a focus on low code options
• Groom and Refine the Salesforce application backlog
• Reviews estimates for accuracy and completeness composed by other team members
• Encourages collaboration among the Application Teams
• Experience implementing marketing cloud journeys automations and cloud page
• Responsibilities

• Requirements
• Min 8 yrs Experience working in a Salesforce Architect role with overall 1012+ years experience as Salesforce developer
• Experience with Salesforces dedicated data model
• Experience working with Sales Service and Marketing cloud
• Experience with Mule soft Marketing Cloud Data Modeling Data Migration Data Sharing.

Certifications Required

Certified Salesforce System Architect Salesforce Application Architect.

Salary and other compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $129,500 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
