We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team under our 100% wholly owned subsidiary, Ampcus Forensics. The Ampcus Corporate office is located in Chantilly, VA. About the Role: The Senior Vice President will be responsible for supporting the overall strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of the firm. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of forensic accounting, with a focus in litigation support and economic damages and a track record of success working in the field. Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of the firm's long-term strategic plan, including market positioning, service offerings, and business development initiatives within the litigation support space Build and maintain strong relationships with attorney clients, providing exceptional service Oversee the quantification of various litigation support matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination, intellectual property and the like Assist in the development of case strategies and provide insights on the financial implications of same. Prepare detailed reports and provide expert witness testimony in court, as needed. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and build strategic partnerships. Participate in business development efforts, including the preparation and delivery of educational and training presentations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture in order to recruit, develop, and retain top talent. Support the development and training efforts of staff and middle management to encourage their growth and the growth of the firm. Represent Ampcus Forensics at business and community functions to maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging forensic accounting techniques Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Certification(s) to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in key related skills such as ABV, CPA, CFE, or similar. Minimum of 10 years of forensic accounting, litigation support, business valuation or related experience. A record of progressively increasing knowledge, skill, responsibility, and independence. Must have demonstrated computer skills and experience with accounting software, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated experience providing written deliverables Proven experience managing and mentoring a team Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence to handle confrontation, pressure, and deadlines A valid passport and the ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required for both client engagements and business development efforts Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are beneficial but not required
