As an Assembler II in our Imaging division, you'll play a critical role in building high-quality endoscope systems that support life-saving medical procedures. Shift:2nd shift Hours: 3:30p - 12:00 midnight, Monday through Friday What you'll be doing:
Assemble intricate optical, mechanical, and electronic components using tools, adhesives, and microscopes Follow written procedures, assembly drawings, and quality standards to complete tasks accurately and on time Perform sub-assembly, cleaning, and inspection of components using hand tools and ultrasonic baths Operate moderately complex machinery and measurement devices Maintain accurate production records and communicate work status to teammates and supervisors Cross-train across multiple areas of assembly as needed
What you'll need to be considered:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience assembling precision or medical products preferred Ability to read and follow technical documentation (SOPs, assembly drawings) Must be comfortable working with microscopes, adhesives, solvents, and small components Excellent manual dexterity, visual acuity, and attention to detail Able to perform repetitive tasks and remain focused during long periods of microscope work Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to work in a cleanroom (full gowning required; no cosmetics or perfumes) Requires sitting or standing for extended periods Must be able to wear gloves or finger cots, and climb stairs Overtime may be required
