JOB TITLE: UW Foundation, Employment Manager or Employment Coordinator, based on the qualifications of the top candidate JOB PURPOSE: As the University of Wyoming Foundation Employment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a workplace that thrives on trust, service, and a shared commitment to excellence. Reporting to the Vice President for Financial Services, this role oversees the Foundation's Human Resources programs, ensuring the implementation of policies, procedures, recruitment, and training initiatives for the division or department. The position also supports upper management as needed and acts as the primary liaison with the UW HR department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Employment Manager: $61,000 - $73,200 Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience. Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements: HRCI or SHRM certification (preferred, not required). or Employment Coordinator: $51,500 - $60,500 Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of HR experience. Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements: HRCI or SHRM certification (preferred, not required). DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
