Greasing the wheels behind the scenes, our people in Operations are the backbone of our Company. GENERAL FUNCTION The Senior Director of Customs and Compliance will lead the customs and trade compliance function across North America (U.S., Mexico, and Canada). This executive will ensure that the company meets all regulatory requirements for importing and exporting goods across these regions, while optimizing customs processes, training and mitigating risks, as well as overseeing audits, risk assessment and investigation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive international experience, a strong legal and finance/tax background, a deep understanding of customs and trade laws in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, and demonstrate the ability to manage complex teams and multiple product categories. This position is posted as a Senior Director; however, it may be filled at the Vice President level depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
