Registered Nurse, Home Health, Bonus Opportunity Available

Provides professional nursing care for home health patients. Verifies all new patient information and arranges delivery of services, develops plan of care, carries out plan and conducts on-going assessment and evaluation of care. Discharges duties in a professional manner consistent with the established standards of nursing practice, home health policies and procedures and the current regulations governing nursing practice and home health.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current license as a registered nurse in the state of WV and eligible for license the States of Ohio and Pennsylvania. Demonstrates skill in identifying problems and recommending solutions. Exercises independent nursing judgment. Computer skills in order to provide documentation, write reports, and respond to correspondence, as required. Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, patient's families, and the public. Ability to react quickly and effectively in emergency situations. Able to communicate clearly in both oral and written forms. Current certification in CPR. Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and willingness to drive in inclement weather required. Must be able to clear WV Cares criminal background check.

One year medical/surgical nursing experience preferred
