Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all unit level human resource responsibilities, hiring, counseling, resolve issues, improve processes
  • Analyze labor turnover data
  • Manage onboarding for managers and associates
  • Manage exit survey process, review responses
  • Produce and review offer letters for Senior Management
  • Work with legal department to draft and execute Senior Management employment agreements
  • Coordinate Senior Management severance agreements
  • Assist with sector compensation/talent management collection and analysis
  • Develop presentations for Senior Management meetings
  • Monitor HR budget/expenses
  • Process on-line selection assessments
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Must have worked in fast-paced, very flexible environment, where phone calls are never ending, e-mails are frequent, and organizational skills are a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent related experience
  • PHR or SPHR certification a plus
  • Two + years experience as HR representative/generalist
  • Working knowledge of employment law
  • Strong computer skills including MS office, SAP, web based research
  • Experienced in scheduling activities or duties, coordinating activities, handling complaints and resolving issues
  • Experience in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions
  • Bilingual Spanish-English a plus
  • Content-knowledge regarding employment law, policies, procedures and programs
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Commitment to excellence and process improvement
